Rental terms and conditions:
The house can accomodate 4 to 6 persons and 2 babies (1 baby per bedroom ; there is one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, one room with 2 single beds, and there are two 140 cm convertible sofas in the living room). We have one baby bed (no bed linen for baby), one mattress and one high chair.
Another baby can stay in the other room but the client must bring the baby bed and the linen. Pets are allowed on early request only.
Equestrian holiday home
The property can accommodate equestrians and their horses (8 €/day/horse, water and hay included, lots of bridleways nearby).
Check-in
The house is available from 4pm or earlier (on demand and if it’s possible) according to the previous check-out. Please inform us about your approximate arrival time (by phone call or message 0032474888946 or email at info@gitedupontdebois.be). You can get the keys at nr 12 rue du Pont de Bois (house nextdoor).
Check-out
Check-outs are before 11 am (later on demand and if it’s possible)
Reservation and payment
The reservation is confirmed by the payment of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer. The payment has to be made at the latest 3 days after the confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation
The client can cancel without fee 30 days before the day of arrival. The client will have to pay the total amount of the stay if cancellation is made within the 30 days before the day of arrival or in case of non-presentation. If the cancellation is made by the owner of the house (for technical reasons or absolute necessity), the total amount will be returned to the client, or the stay will be postponed to a later date (according to the wish of the client).
Early departure
The client will not get any reimbursement in case of early departure or interruption of the stay.
Inventory
We make the inventory of the house when you leave and later when we do the house cleaning. In case of problems (breakage, deterioration,cleanliness, missing equipment…), we will ask you to pay the cost of the repairs or remedial work. At the arrival you have to report any breakage or problem. When you leave, the house has to be as clean as it was on your arrival. Cleaning fees are compulsory : 40 euros.
The house is non-smoking.
